Adding A Blue Passion Flower To Your Plantings
Adding a Blue Passion Flower to your gardening plan can add interest and color to your yard.
.
Blue flowers can range in shade from light blue to a deep purpleish blue. You can plant all blue or purple plants in a cluster in one section of your garden for a unique effect.
When planting your Blue Passion Flower it is wise to follow the instructions for planting and maintaining the flowers. While many flowers thrive in full sun, some prefer the shade so it is important to plant the flowers where they will grow best. A plant that needs full sun will not grow to your expectations if it is planted in the shade.
During the growing season, be sure to fertilize and water your Blue Passion Flower according to the instructions for the plant which will help the plant grow full and healthy. Pinching off the dead flowers will help the plant to grow fuller and produce more flowers.
Other things to consider when planting your Blue Passion Flower plant include:
Blooming Season – plant flowers in your garden with staggered blooming season so that you have continuous blooms all year long.
Size – arrange your garden so that taller plants are in the back and shorter ones in the front.
Consider planting these other blue and purple flowers:
